What about all the required documentation?
A comprehensive checklist of all administrative requirements has been drawn up by our weddings specialist and will be sent to you upon your enquiry. Please see below for a general guide.
Administrative requirements:
- Valid 10 year British passport
- Birth certificate (with parents full names)
- Affidavit (For Cyprus only)
- Certificate of non impediment (For Greece only)
- Decree absolute (if divorced)
- Spouse’s death certificate & marriage certificate (if widowed)
- Deed poll proof of name change (if applicable)
- Statutory declaration of parental consent if under 18
- Legalisation/certification of documents (Greece only)
- Translation of documents (Greece only)
- If divorced/widowed less than 300 days - pregnancy test in resort (Greece only)
Cyprus must receive documentation at least 6 weeks prior to guests arrival.
Greece must receive documentation 12 weeks prior to guests arrival (Certificate of non impediment must not be issued more than three months prior to wedding).
